My sessions are about  opening your blocked energy and they most certainly are about helping you to relate to your life and to live it with mindfulness and respect for all of your relations, both past and present. If you are working through something specific, I suggest clients come weekly to create momentum in moving forward.  If you'd like to maintain the effects we've achieved, once or twice a month is great.

This package is also perfect for families with kids or couples who want to share their sessions.
